Registering a New Account

New Account Registration with JB Warranties (https://jbwarranties.com/register) is quick, free and open to all licensed HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical Contractors in all 50 states who wish to sell Extended Warranties to their Customers.

The following is the list of fields that are currently required during the Registration Process.

1. Company Information:

  • Company: 
    Company name, Mailing Address, Primary Phone, Contact Name and Email Address.
  • Wholesaler: 
    Wholesaler / Distributor Name (your primary wholesaler), Wholesaler City and State.

2. Licensing and Tax Information:

  • Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN): 
    Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN/FEIN) is needed for when we report service agreements to our Underwriter and for tax purposes on claim payments made to contractors.
  • AC and Refrigeration Contractor State License Number:
    This is needed as a part of contractor licensing requirements in most states.
      - If your state does not have a licensing requirement, please enter Not Applicable. 
      - If you operate in multiple states, please use the AC Contractor license number in your home state.
  • 2-52 Service Warranty Sales License Number (Florida Contractors Only) : 
    The State of Florida requires a 2-52 Service Warranty Sales Representative License for the purpose of selling/reselling or issuing service warranties.
